Law Library Circulation
Circulation
The UALR/Pulaski County Law Library is a research library. Books in the collection
must be available for immediate use. Most books do not circulate. However we do
have a limited circulation policy. The circulation desk phone number is 501-324-9444.
Circulation Privileges
UALR law students, Pulaski County judges and Pulaski County
attorneys may check out circulating materials for two weeks. Attorneys
not in commuting distance must receive permission from a librarian.
Materials may be renewed for an additional two weeks in person or by phone.
Associate patrons, who are faculty, staff or students of other University
of Arkansas system schools, have book borrowing privileges if they have
letters of good standing from their library on file at our Circulation Desk.
Associate patrons have the same book borrowing privileges as UALR law students
UALR law students, Pulaski County judges, Pulaski County attorneys
and associate patrons may check out reserve hornbooks and nutshells
overnight one hour before the library closes. They are due two hours
after the library opens on weekdays and one hour after the library opens
on weekends.
Persons other than full time law faculty, law students, Pulaski County judges,
Pulaski County attorneys and associate patrons may not check out materials.
In some circumstances a librarian may grant special permission.

- Most audio and video cassettes
- Reserve hornbooks and nutshells can be checked out overnight

- Digests
- Encyclopedias and encyclopedic treatises

- Citators
- Formbooks
